 Project Overview
With this site consisting of a vacant lot and a former landfill, this ball field would use more of AJI's unique landfill conversion experience. Our sports complex building team overcame the inherent site issues and created a beautiful and functional regulation ball field where Regis University now proudly hosts NCAA competitions.

Project included:
Demolition & disposal of old field surface and fencing, soil testing and lot over-grading, storm-water drainage and detention, installation of prescription sand base turf field, concrete foundations, sidewalks and retaining walls, construction of dugouts, field fencing, scoreboard and three acre lighted parking lot.
