Project Overview As majority subcontractor on this regional 30 acre athletic complex for Colorado's largest school district, we were able to collaborate with the Owner, design architects and the general contractor to build this state-of-the art football & soccer complex. Faced with budget and site constraints, we were able to bring the project in on time and budget. The inaugural ball-game is shown in the photo. Project included: AJI's responsibilities included extensive retaining wall construction, custom athletic field drainage systems, prescription turf, large volume pump station and irrigation as well as landscaping on this fifty acre site. Owner: Jefferson County School District Architect/Engineer: Sink Combs Dethlefs Value:$1,240,000. Client Recommendation: Jefferson County |
